I am an assistant associate professor at San Francisco State University in the Biology Department. My research is on the evolution of drug resistance in HIV and other questions in evolutionary biology. I teach genetics and programming.
In this blog, I write about my research, my classes and anything else that occupies my mind. Sometimes I post work by my students.
The title of the blog reflects my aspirations to become a better scientist every day.
